The only thing he is elite at athletically is straight line speed in the 40. That isn't always football speed. Average vertical for a 1st or 2nd round WR, and he didn't want to run agility tests at the combine should tell you something. A short WR received should ALWAYS want to do the agility tests unless they know their results wont be advantageous.
But as a #3 or #4 he's damn good. Still wish we would not have wasted a 1st rd draft pick on him, though.

Hardman ran a 6.75 3 cone. Anything below 6.8 is considered very good.
He didn’t run many routes at Georgia though, so he’ll have to work on that. But goddamn if this guy is your 4th receiver, you’re in a great spot.
He’ll have time to develop as a complimentary weapon this year. Great situation.
