If you were looking for a statement from the NFL saying "this is over, this is done, this shall never be brought up again and Tyreek Hill is in the clear forevermore" well I think you were being a touch myopic.
This was always as good as it was ever going to get.
But think about this practically for a second. If the NFL had ANYTHING on him, don't you think he gets 2 games? This suggests they probably didn't. And if they didn't, then all that language in the final paragraphs is window dressing designed to keep the inflamed masses (read: Patriots Fans) from flipping shit.
This is a pretty outstanding outcome and the best anybody could've possibly hoped for.
