Nah, Hill's faster than whoever is covering him and if Mahomes has the correct ball placement, no look or not, the DB isn't going to be able to out-accelerate Hill to the spot and cut under him.

It was a pretty safe throw, really. And the no-look likely wasn't even necessary. He could've set his feet and fired and had a pretty simple completion there, IMO.
