Norman is a weird as hell case, if you go look at his breakdowns, basically if he is close to the receiver on the line, he's god awful like one of the worst. Yet if he lines up in off zone, say about 8-10 yards off, he rates in the top 5, it's really weird.
Basically unless you are going to play off zone he's going to suck.
