The Colts have some genuinely quality players on that team. Put Andrew Luck on the Dolphins and they still win 6 games, tops. That's how big the difference in baseline talent is.

I don't see any real challengers for Miami's #1 spot for the next 2 seasons. They'd actually be better served trading the #1 overall this year for a team that loves Tua. They're still gonna struggle to win 2 games in 2020.
