I have to admit I've become a bit spoiled by the Chiefs' consistent success since Andy became HC. It's been easy to forget just how screwed up this team was before he arrived, and just how hard it was just to be optimistic about the Chiefs back then.
And to those that think Andy can't win a SB, just because "he didn't win one in Philly" . . . he's not in the same situation. He isn't the same person; how could he be? It's been seven years. He didn't have Mahomes (or anyone like him). Let it go.
Andy Reid, when it's all said and done, is going to go down as the greatest Head Coach in Chiefs' history. He's going to remembered as the coach that took the Chiefs from one of the worst periods in Kansas City sports history and turned them into a 10 win per season team, to a perennial playoff contender, to a four-time (consecutively) AFC West champion, to their first AFCCG in fifty years, and a soon-to-be Super Bowl Champion.
