We're gonna be the most penalized team in the league for the 2nd year in a row.
2015 - 15th in most flagged
2016 - 10th in most flagged
2017 - 5th in most flagged
2018 - 1st in most flagged
2019 - 2nd in most flagged behind the Browns currently
That's not a good trend. It's gone downhill much like our defense did over the past 5 years.
