I would make PM the active back-up for the Titans game...considering Moore is essentially 2-1 as the surrogate starter. His only loss was heavily influenced by the Shady fumble.
They have a bye week after...and hopefully Fisher is back.
His health is KC's only chance...if it was a better team, then yes.
