I believe you're thinking of the current fight between Disney and Dish Network. Disney bought Fox. Their contract with Dish expired, and it looks like Disney might remove FX and NatGeo from Dish/SlingTV. I haven't seen anything involving Disney/FX and YoutubeTV though...
