I think it is pretty obvious coaching isn't the issue. it is talent. There's not much Spags can do.
The Dline isn't good, LBs aren't good and CBs aren't good. The **** is a coach supposed to do? Try and coach them up is pretty much all Spags can do but you can't make chicken salad out of chicken shit.
