Do you have access to a compression tester? That is what I would want to know, how that cylinder checks compared to the others.

If that cylinder is low it is probably a valve or valve train, but could also be a head gasket, rings or piston. Valve train being the most likely imo.
I don't have one of those unfortunately, But yes each cylinder has an individual coil.
