That's not happening in the Tri-State area nor is it happening in California.
Kansas, Ohio and others have shutdown their schools for the remainder of the academic school years and non-essential businesses are being shuttered all over the country to reduce the spread.
Those states, like Florida, which have waited to enact such policies could be Hot Spots by the end of April.
