That is a very defined high risk group category.
About 100 million Americans have hypertension and diabetes.
Roughly about 30% of the population have those conditions.
That's still better than having 97% of the population under total social distancing measures.

What about asthma , heart disease , lung disease, cancer, gi liver disease , renal disease , immunodeficiency, elderly there is some overlap but that all ads up.
