The rate of positive cases per test has been trending down in NY, which could suggest that the curve is starting to flatten out; however, we can't know that for sure because testing isn't done randomly. It's suggestive but not concrete.
The three day average of virus patients in the hospital was down ever-so-slightly. That's a good sign provided that they are still using the same admission criteria.
