I don't think it matters. No one would expect Tony to be on the field for 30+ snaps. We're talking about 20 snaps/game. He wouldn't be in on running downs at all. He wouldn't be a traditional TE 2/3. He'd be strictly in for passing downs, and probably for specific situational snaps mostly. So Andy wouldn't look at Tony as a run-blocker at all, or ST, or whatever. RZ specialist type of player, that has the hands, feet and intelligence of a HOFer. in the RZs where absolute speed isn't required, he'd have the opportunity to be lethal.
