Not a BIG fan, . . . but if you can find them really fresh and really spicy they're awesome.
Used to be the best thing about going to Soulard Farmer's Market. Cracklins right out the deep fry and coated in a scorching hot seasoning. Fresh-squeezed lemonade to go alongside.
