I'm okay with it. Life goes on. I don't expect businesses to do me any favors if I owe them money. They rightfully deserve what is theirs based on any agreement already made.

Agreed BUT I am not talking about businesses. The government shut people down. They should be the last asking for interest on money when the essentially prevented you from working to earn said money.
