Food saver and I use it mostly for sous vide.
I use the name brand bags because I’m slightly worried about what plastic chemicals might come out during the sous vide.
I use it a lot. You can safely cook meat by getting it above 130 degrees for over an hour. So you can safely cook chicken and sausage without drying it out.
I sometimes lightly sear the outside on the grill when I’m done.
