Sure. Netflix has almost completed nearly 1 million square foot of office space less than 1.5 miles from my home, only to pull up stakes and leave for Phoenix.

Warner Brothers is building a massive Frank Geary designed expansion on their lot in Burbank, so I'm sure they're in a hurry to head to Phoenix.

Universal has been working on a 5000 acre expansion, including the their theme park and hotels, for the past 15 years, but I'm sure they're in a hurry to leave for Phoenix.
