Again, ask the respective Governors why Covid positive patients are being put back into nursing homes?

For example, 56% of all Covid deaths in Kansas are linked to nursing homes. Now who allowed that to happen?

So as Gov. Kelly uses the death toll to justify her orders why is no one questioning her about why Covid-positive patients were allowed into nursing homes?
