For starters, you're using total cases and total deaths while ignoring that there's a lag of up to a month before a case becomes a death. There are probably a dozen other reasons why your calculations don't make sense, but frankly I just don't care enough to get into it again.

There's a reason why people study this stuff their entire lives - the calculations are much more complex than random dudes with no expertise on the internet are going to be able to think through.
