Missouri was doing a large amount of community testing up until about a month ago when they seemingly just stopped. The numbers at these sites typically were a large number of tests done, with very low positive cases.
I'm curious if this is playing a role in the number of positives we're seeing now?

From my understanding and I could be wrong but when the positivity rate was going up they would go into rural communities with very little infection present to do community testing. Which is fine but many people think they were doing that to bring the % positivity down.
I take it that is what you are inferring?
