FYI, the clowns in NY are starting up the circus again. They are going to shut down 8 area codes including schools that have been open for a week with 0 cases because as I understand it, there has bee a tick up in %positivity but also the testing rate is very low.
Shutting down 8 zip codes in NY is like shutting down 1 shop in a huge mall...it will accomplish nothing good...
