Man, I was never an incredibly high level player at anything but I played plenty of various sports as a kid (even now I still play pickup basketball and organized softball).

And if I'm playing someone that's acting like that I just roll my eyes. Though I will chuckle a bit if they get their dick knocked in the dirt.

At the NFL level these guys know when they're winning and when they aren't. If they have someone yapping at 'em like that whether they win or lose a rep, I cannot imagine for a moment it really rattles them all that much.

Maybe I'm wrong - but at those high levels mental acuity is a pretty big deal. Getting a mudhole stomped in your ass may rattle you, but winning a rep and having some dude who's CONSTANTLY talking tell you that you lost it? Just doesn't seem like it would mean much.
