Yes, these mother****ers didn't even get a slap on the wrist for actively disobeying the NFL's rules. They got extra rest and now we get to hear about how resilient the Titans are. For ****s sake if the Titans aren't getting in trouble for what they did, then they need to just do away with any if the rules. You can't just look away when one team does it and then throw the book at another.
With that being said I would laugh uncontrollably if the Raiders got hammered on this, because **** them.
