Depends on what you mean "without the US".
I think the allies could have won without the Normandy invasion. The Eastern front was the big part of the war, and the Russians could have over ran all of Germany without and signigicant Western front action. But it would be unlikely that the English would have ever landed on the continent, so Stalin could have controlled virtually all of Europe. Now you have to reevaluate the last 60 years of history.
Whether Russia could have held off Germany without the American Lend/Lease program I do not know. Maybe someone who has studied that could say. Invading Russia was just stupid, but it almost worked.
