I've worked with many 4 stars. They don't tolerate spin, BS or excuses at all. There is no PC in the military, they will call you out and dress you down in a room full of people. Get to to damn point fast.

Whats the problem? How do we fix it? What do you need from me? You get beyond that expect to get slapped down.
