What happened AFTER that game, is anyone’s guess. They could lose in the divisional round. But I doubt they’re losing to one of the wild card teams. The Bills have played more playoff teams this year than anyone else.
But the only way Nick can lose is if Buffalo wins 2 playoff games (assuming Buff is not the #1 seed).
