John Dorsey had Andy Reid, who ran the Eagles Personnel department for 13 years and drafted multiple Hall of Famers of his own, over his shoulder the entire time. Any offensive lineman pick had Reid's hands all over it. Travis Kelce was a Reid pick, who personally called him and said "Are you gonna **** this up?".

Dorsey had ZERO to do with Mahomes and was fired less than 2 months after the selection was made.
Kelce and Mahomes will be HOFrs drafted by Dorsey in only 5 years. You give credit to all these other guys but Dorsey like with Carl Peterson I'm sure he had people in his department help him decide on guys like Thomas and Gonzalez.

Also Dorsey unlike Peterson built a team that won a superbowl here.
