You'd have to think denser areas with delivery infrastructure would be prioritized for Moderna or Pfizer.

Yeah, that would make sense. I have a hunch that Pfizer and Moderna will be more common in the USA and Europe, and J&J will go to large populations outside those areas that have less strong infrastructure.
