And it's exactly the kind of stuff the Chiefs desperately needed in their game plan, and we all thought they were holding back for a game like this... shovel passes to Kelce, committing to CEH, etc; and I think Simms touched on it, too, that maybe Reid was just too afraid of the offensive line to even do those things. 
As far as officiating, I think the Bills/Chiefs shenanigans would be a good excuse for the NFL to crackdown on some of that stuff, but that obviously wouldn't include completely phantom defensive holds and DPIs. |
