Scottsdale is the nicest, cleanest city I've ever visited (at least in the U.S. - Victoria, BC is right up there as well). The landscaping was beautifully manicured and there weren't billboards or signs all over the place. Hell, even the dirt was clean.

I guess shit like this happens everywhere, but it's kind of sad to see it happen there.
