OSAGE BEACH, Mo. — A 29-year-old Osage Beach man is behind bars after authorities say he masturbated in a local eye-care facility and ejaculated on an employee.
According to the Camden County prosecutor’s office, officers responded to a call to the eye-care facility and spoke with an employee of the business. That person reportedly stated the suspect, Julian Hughes Rowland, had been sweaty and shaking his leg, when the employee felt wetness on her pants leg and asked if Rowland had vomited. Then the employee realized Rowland had been masturbating and had gotten seminal fluid on her, according to the report. Police say Rowland admitted to what had occurred.
Prosecutors requested a no bond warrant on Rowland as he is currently on bond in Pulaski county awaiting trial for forcible rape and two counts of statutory sodomy. Rowland is currently being held on a no bond warrant.
