This is absolutely as stupid as stupid gets.
Hill is an amazing physical specimen. He has a very compact, muscular build and beside the fact that he's the fastest player in the NFL today, he's a fantastic route runner that can do things that no other NFL player can do.
Even if Hill loses a step after age 30, he'll still be among the fastest recievers in the league and will be so far advanced in terms of routes, scheme and versatility that unless he suffers a catastrophic injury, will be able to play at a super high level until at least age 35.
For ****'s Sake, Emmanuel Sanders is 34 and still playing at a high level and that dude is nowhere as fast or thick as Hill.
