Signing Thuney was so ****ing brilliant. Reid likes long, lean-ish, quick, mobile guards and they go out and get the prototype. Two veteran, high-quality guards in Thuney and LDT give a long leash to a rookie center and possibly right tackle. Worst case scenario is they throw Allegretti out at Center which isn't horrible. Makes Wiley expendable which the apes here should appreciate.
Really opens up the possibilities in the draft and remainder of free agency.
