Didn’t want to start a thread so I’ll ask here: anyone refinancing their house? Rates are still pretty damn low right now and the value of your house has likely increased a ton.
We just got our house appraised and the value was almost 40k higher. Our rate was locked in at just over 3.
Now could be a good time to do a cash out refinance if you want some extra cushion
