By the way, I started this thread as kind of a joke when we were coincidentally getting a flurry of D-list celebrity deaths. Usually the kind where you had to say, "He was a backup singer for Neil Diamond and played drums for the Trashmen" to know who the **** they were.

I never intended this to be a megathread, and I certainly never intended this to be a posting place to announce the deaths of people like Dusty Hill, who is widely recognized and typically not somebody people have never heard of.
