Maybe not you, but many of those who are not vaccinated tend to generally side with business's ability to fire at will and serve who they please. But vaccine mandates are proving to be an exception.
Also, HIPPA prevents covered entities from releasing your medical records without your permission, but I don't think that means you can't consent to their release in the context of a verification scheme.
Not that I would have any confidence in the security or or privacy of it either.
