KC is better. But they are too. I don't think they closed the gap necessarily, but I DO expect the Browns to win that division and probably be the distant second best team in the AFC. I think The Bills are relying far to heavily on two rookie DE's with big question marks.

Clowney is a name and nothing more. The Browns lost Sheldon Richardson and Olivier Vernon who had 3.5 sacks and 9 sacks. Clowney has 3 over the last 2 years.
It’s not just that Clowney sucks (he does), but they also LOST players who were more productive last year. That’s a net negative for what was already a below average pass rush (they ranked in the 20’s in pressure percentage last season).
