I'm sure CEH will finish the season around 1K rushing yards. Enough to make people feel warm and cozy and shit.
But 1K rushing yards is 59 yards per game. That ain't shit.
And it's not about how much yardage you accumulated. It's about how much was left on the field. How much MORE could've been had. Which is what we're discussing.
If you're leaving too much on the field, regardless of a 1K season, you'll be replaced. Ask Alex Smith, he knows all about that.
IF your argument is going to be, "yeah, he's a 1K rusher", great, then you should be thrilled with yesterday.
But that ain't what we're talking about here.
