Bills fan back again. Figured I would pipe in and quote this one as a first post this year.
First this quote...you are correct. Allen was junk against Spags looks last year. Allen was too pumped up as well which is never good. Id say the difference this year that could change this is we are actually running the ball really well. Oline is much more consistent run blocking so we won't be one dimensional this time as we were last year so it will be harder for Spags.
Also sanders > john brown
Knox can catch a ball finally
And Beasley is healthy.
Add to that that your D looks a little rough and I agree it should likely be a shootout. The bills D has improved and are playing more like the 2019 D but to many of your points it is against weak competition. Having said that...it's not easy to shut out anyone in the NFL let alone twice in 4 weeks so make no mistake they are better.
This game to me is simple. Whoever turns it over more loses. Thats it. Neither D can handle short fields against the other teams offense.
Good luck to you guys...I still say in spite of the Herbert (no relation) love that its a chiefs and bills conference for the foreseeable future.
