Jail smock. Think of it as a thick, heavy blanket with Velcro straps. It's designed so that you can't easily tear it and hang yourself. If he's wearing the smock, he probably also doesnt have blankets. I guarantee he's an uncomfortable and cold cannibal in his jail cell.
