Imo, Kliff-bar is actually holding back that team.

And a couple of those FGs came after CLE's O gave them the ball in the RZ, and their D basically gave them their first two TDs via multiple drive-saving penalties. Hell, that second to last TD was another gift, after Cheffers called 97 for RTP.
Game should've been a lot closer.
