The first injury of any kind will be followed up with a “maybe we should give this extra time to heal” and his career fades to black.
The whole organization respects Dan a lot more than the fans do because they see the work he’s had to put in to even be a respectable defender through most of his career here while making game changing plays in a lot of big games. He’s also been a great teammate his whole time here.
Every team needs a Dan Sorensen…those guys tend to motivate others in the weight room and help everyone in meetings and after practices…it’s just a shame he physically cant keep up anymore.
