I can take or leave GBC I'd rather have fresh green beans seasoned and cooked in bacon fat with a can of beef broth diced onion.
Ill smoke a turkey collect the fat to separate the bone broth for gravy and pour rest over the Pepperidge Farms stuffing. Do the corn casserole thing. I pulled a Texas Roadhouse clone of there rolls off the internet. My wife will make a pumpkin pie for the kids with homemade whipped cream and a cherry for me.
Will eat turkey sammies for a day or two then grind rest into a mince to make turkey salad then be done with it for a year.
