Start small, i.e. 5mg gummy, and wait. for the effects to manifest. NOTE: the effects will differ with varying strains, so pick one and stick with it until you're comfortable. Then start over with a different strain/brand until you know its baseline as well. Most of the shops in CA are super helpful. I've heard CO is similar, but prices suck.

For me, the part in bold is only partially true. The edibles are definitely NOT stronger than vaping, at least not for me. They do last a long time but they aren't nearly as strong, at least not at the recommended dosages.
