Denver never gave Lock the same OC two years in a row. So of course they bring in Teddy Rag Arm when they kept Shurmer.

Terrible QB development on their part. I don't think Lock is special but he could have been developed into something better than Teddy but the Broncos screwed it up.

If they move on from Lock I'll take him in KC.
