I would have not challenged the catch and taken the FG at the end of the half. Otherwise I think he made the right calls. I’m not going to criticize decisions that will pay off over the long term.
At the end of the half you don’t get the benefit of the other teams bad field position if you miss the kick is the reason I would have taken the points then.
