The son and I came home from a wonderful 66-degree Xmas Eve ride and were also treated to lasagna and bread sticks. I usually don't do that many carbs so it was nothing short of amazing.
The wife also have the Tennessee Pride casserole resting in the fridge for Xmas day breakfast. And last, we have the steak floating for Xmas day's traditional Hawaiian steak dinner.
I'm also going to make a poor man's brisket (chuck roast) some time soon. It's amazing IMO. The process is much quicker and the flavor is shockingly good. And nailing man's brisket is a lot simpler and reliable that the real deal.
