Graeters is really damn good, ngl. Goetta is a Cinci thing, too. Growing up in Amish/Mennonite country in KS I had a lot of dishes like that (a chef friend made his take on Goetta once). German Sausage is just next level and it's almost impossible to find it now that I've moved from south-central KS to Colorado. angry if you question its divinity (personally, I'd take the Chili/Cinnamon Roll meals the Mennonite folk made in my hometown over Skyline). What's funny is that Joe Burrow himself said he didn't care for Skyline -- but he gets a pass because he's from Ohio.
To their credit, the folks on that board are praising our BBQ -- so I can't fault their taste.
